The Apollo 6+ features an integrated digital control system with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity via the Gasmate Smart App, complete with two plug-in meat probes to monitor cooking temperatures directly from a smartphone. Six stainless steel tube main burners, a dedicated side burner, and a rear rotisserie burner produce a powerful combined output of 90.6 MJ/h across heavy-duty cast iron hot plates and grills.
